What IS Battletech? For those who might wonder what the hell i'm actually talking about, Battletech is a long running tabletop game that's been around since 1984.   Welcome to BattleTech Musings. I'm Steve and i've been doing Battletech for a good long time, back in the 90's when I was reading the books and watching the cartoon, a friend and I saw the original Unseen Box and together we saved up our pocket money to buy it. And that was the start of an interest in the hobby that whilst faded for many years, never truly died. On this blog i'll be showing various Fanon projects i've worked on, talking about the setting in general, about 'Mechs both canon and not as well as other people fannon Projects. This is because one of the strengths of the Battletech community is its creators and those who helped keep the game alive during the fallow years and they deserve to be recognised. So I welcome folks and I always welcome thoughts and feedback, good or bad.
